Rafaël Raybois manually crafts his wines from organically farmed vineyards in the Cèze Valley, cultivated using sustainable agroforestry practices.

The vinification process is strictly zero-intervention, meaning the wines are fermented without any chemical inputs, additives, or added sulfites.

To preserve their raw, living essence, the wines are patiently aged using a combination of French oak barrels, vats, and amphorae before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Meet Rafaël Raybois :

For me, crafting natural wine and farming organically isn't just a technical choice; it is a moral imperative. I believe that agriculture carries the very conscience of humanity—it is the vital pillar that supports all people. My philosophy is rooted in the belief that we are temporary stewards of the land, responsible for developing wisdom and sustainable methods to pass on to future generations. It is essential to practice a type of farming that honours our natural resources rather than plundering them, resulting in wines that are genuinely healthy, pure, and nourishing. In my view, 'profit at all costs' has no place in a virtuous economy or a balanced ecosystem. These 100% natural cuvées—made without additives, sulfites, fining, or filtration—are a reflection of that honesty, ensuring that every bottle captures the full, unadulterated flavour of a living earth

Its a real pleasure to drink the karma rouge, light and fruity with a richness and tartness of blackcurrants. A slight natural twang that makes your mouth water and is very moreish!
The Karma Noir is a deep and rich red, lots of dark fruits and a perfect late night wine.
The Karma Or keeps up the intensity of flavour with a more sweeter orange wine akin to marmalade. Close to a desert wine but without the hyper sweetness.
I've still not opened the white or rose but I'm sure I'll be very happy given the quality of what I've tried from Rafaël Raybois
