Rafaël Raybois manually crafts his wines from organically farmed vineyards in the Cèze Valley, cultivated using sustainable agroforestry practices.

The vinification process is strictly zero-intervention, meaning the wines are fermented without any chemical inputs, additives, or added sulfites.

To preserve their raw, living essence, the wines are patiently aged using a combination of French oak barrels, vats, and amphorae before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Its a real pleasure to drink the karma rouge, light and fruity with a richness and tartness of blackcurrants. A slight natural twang that makes your mouth water and is very moreish!
The Karma Noir is a deep and rich red, lots of dark fruits and a perfect late night wine.
The Karma Or keeps up the intensity of flavour with a more sweeter orange wine akin to marmalade. Close to a desert wine but without the hyper sweetness.
I've still not opened the white or rose but I'm sure I'll be very happy given the quality of what I've tried from Rafaël Raybois
