Refund policy

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.

  • To Exercise: Notify us at drinkbetter@vivan.coop or +44(0)7872513979.

  • Condition: Bottles must be unopened and in their original condition with the seal intact. Due to the perishable nature of wine, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles under this "change of mind" policy.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs for cancellations.

2. 60-Day Quality Guarantee (Flawed Wine)

If your wine is corked, oxidised, or otherwise flawed:

  • Window: You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Condition: This guarantee applies even to opened bottle.

  • Refund: We will refund the full amount, including all shipping costs.

3. Transparent Logistics & Returns

Vivan is a cooperative movement. While our legal headquarters are in the UK, our wines are dispatched directly from the winemakers.

4. Refunds & Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge fees for processing returns.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are fully eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period and the 60-day quality guarantee.

  • Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
