Transparency is at the heart of our cooperative. We know that today’s wine lover cares as much about what happens in the vineyard as what ends up in the bottle. That is why we have committed to the highest international sustainability standards.
Whether it is the holistic energy of our Biodynamic (Demeter) estates, our Certified Organic parcels, or our additive-free Vin Méthode Nature selections, these logos are more than just labels—they are our promise of quality and environmental integrity.
Certified Organic: Respect for the Earth
Our Certified Organic wines are the result of a deep commitment to chemical-free viticulture. By eliminating synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and fertilisers, our cooperative fosters a vineyard rich in biodiversity. For us, organic certification isn't just a label; it’s a promise that every bottle is a pure expression of our grapes, grown in soil that is respected and protected for future generations.
Established: Late 20th Century (EU Regulations since 1991)
Vin Méthode Nature: Wine in its Purest Form
The Vin Méthode Nature certification is a more recent movement, created to bring transparency to the world of "Natural Wine." To earn this seal, our winemakers must use hand-harvested, organic grapes and ferment them using only indigenous yeasts.
With no additives and strictly limited (or zero) sulfites, this method produces wines that are vibrant, alive, and entirely "naked"—the closest you can get to tasting the vineyard itself.
Biodynamic: Harmony of the Cosmos
Biodynamics is the oldest modern ecological farming system, and the Demeter seal is its gold standard.
Since 1928, this certification has treated the vineyard as a living, breathing organism.
Beyond avoiding chemicals, our Demeter-certified growers work with the lunar cycles and natural compost preparations to heal the soil.
It is a holistic approach that ensures our vines are not just growing, but thriving in a self-sustaining ecosystem.
