## Shipping Locations

We work with multiple artisan winemakers across Europe. Your order may be fulfilled from different vineyard locations, which means you may receive your wines in separate shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking information and may arrive on different days. This allows us to support small, independent producers and ensure you receive the freshest wines directly from the source.

## Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Orders are shipped from  France, but the Legal Entity and Return Address are: Address - UK: Barnhouse, Smailholm, Scottish Borders, TD5 7PH, UK

Vivan Coop Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
