The Story

Even when I was little, I trotted behind my parents, sometimes in the rows of vines, sometimes in the cool of the cellar. It was there, watching them do it, that the idea slowly emerged: one day, it would be my turn.
My parents already saw me taking another path. “Keep a general route, you never know,” they said. I followed their advice and studied science. But deep down, I knew where I wanted to go.
As soon as I received my diploma, I felt the call of wine catching up with me. I worked for a year in Volnay, Burgundy, to see whether this passion held up. And she held on.

Even stronger: it was confirmed. I then went to Changins for three years of training, just to acquire everything I needed to return to the field with strong shoulders. When I finally received my diploma and the title of oenologist, I felt a mixture of pride, excitement and giddiness.

At the beginning of the year, I took over the family estate. And here I am, a few months later, at the end of my very first vintage.

Not just any vintage: 2025 promises, in my opinion, to be of very high quality. Not bad for a start!

The adventure even gave my big brother ideas. He, who was living his life as a construction manager, decided to leave everything to join me. He is currently being trained and will be able to move in with me at the end of 2026. A new page in family history is being written.

As for my father, he is officially retired. Unofficially, he is still there every day, keeping an eye on him, advising, lending a helping hand.

Philosophy

Without filtration or added sulphites. Harvested by hand when ripe, our grapes ferment spontaneously with native yeasts, preserving the terroir's identity with no synthetic inputs. Raised on lees, our wines are distinguished by their balance between acidity and residual sugars. More than just a drink, our wines are nourishing.
Through their texture and structure, they invite you on a sensory, cultural and spiritual journey.

The Vineyard: Vignoble Luc Faller

Located in Itterswiller, on the Alsace Wine Route, the Luc Faller Vineyard is a family story.

Today, as the fourth generation, I continue the work of our parents with my brother, with the greatest respect for the living.

Our vineyard benefits from an exceptional microclimate and prestigious terroirs (Fronholz, Fruehmess). Committed to biodynamics (AB and Demeter) since 2004, we practice holistic and regenerative cultivation. We consider the vine as a sensitive being at the heart of an interdependent ecosystem. By following cosmic rhythms and favouring the “feeling of the moment”, we promote a symbiosis that ensures the resilience and nutritional richness of our grapes.

An Authentic and Natural Range Our vintages are the natural extension of our work as humble farmers: Traditional Whites & Terroirs: Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles. Crémants d’Alsace: finesse et élégance. Maceration & Red Wines: Pinot Noir (with or without barrel) and Orange Wines.
