Biodiversity: 6 hectares of certified organic vineyards cultivated on a high-altitude plateau (430 meters) located within a UNESCO-classified Biosphere Reserve.
Low Intervention: Estate dedicated entirely to natural and organic winemaking, utilising vines originally established and acquired under strict biodynamic farming practices.
Circular Economy: Implements a zero-waste philosophy by upcycling surplus grape harvests into gourmet creations—such as infusing excess Grenache with garden rosemary to prevent agricultural waste.
Naturally passionate and curious, I have built up extensive experience in the world of wine.
A meaningful connection with a leading figure in the wine world proved to be a turning point, accelerating my entry into the realm of natural wines through the acquisition of vineyards already farmed biodynamically.
Since then, the story has unfolded step by step through fascinating encounters with like-minded people, giving rise to organic, natural, and vibrant wines—the purest expression of the terroir.
Philosophy
I have led teams and managed projects in demanding environments—settings where one quickly learns to look beyond oneself. In this field, I have truly found my calling. There is no longer a job title to provide legitimacy; there are only choices to stand by. I create wines that speak to the body as much as the mind—wines full of energy. My conviction is that the vine and the wine offer far more than just a profession. They open up a space for connecting with oneself and with others, and for forging a bond with the beauty of the living world.
The Vineyard: Les Jardins d'Ingrid
In 2019, I established my estate in the heart of an area designated as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
The journey began on a plateau at an altitude of 430 meters.
In 2026, after six years operating under the name Purviti, I decided to give the estate my own name: Les Jardins d’Ingrid.
I farm 6 hectares of organically grown vines, including a hectare in the Vacqueyras Cru acquired in 2025.
