What do I get?
  • A box of wine, as in the description, may change from year to year
  • Your name in the cellar or the vineyard - we'll email you a photo 📸
  • An invitation to visit the vineyard- friends welcomed too!
How does this work?
  1. You subscribe to receive a case annually.
  2. You receive your wines each year.
  3. You receive the first case right away.
  4. You can cancel at any time!

The winemaker knows how many cases are sold annually, allowing them to focus on soil regeneration.

When will I receive my order?

Our winemakers aim to send once a week. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your box.

The winemaker follows the cycle of nature ('Slow Wine') and will prioritise the land and the winemaking.

Message from Tommaso Castelnovo:

For me, this is just the beginning of the adventure. 2026 will be my third vintage.
By supporting me and sharing my first two years of work with you, you will allow me to develop the estate by considering the purchase/planting of white grapes and investing in cellar equipment, such as barrels, to refine the future wines that I hope you will have the pleasure of tasting.

📸 Your Legacy: Buy this case, and I will physically write your name inside my cellar. I will email you a photo the moment it's up!

Frequently asked questions

Why does it take time to receive my wine? (The "Slow Wine" Rule)

Just like our standard orders, adoption wine follows the cycle of nature

The winemaker is in the fields tending to your vines, not in a warehouse. Your wine is shipped directly from the cellar once it has matured. We don’t rush nature, and we don’t use industrial shortcuts. It’s worth the wait.

Am I locked in? How do I manage my adoption?

Not at all. You are in full control. By logging into your Vivan! account, you can:

  • Adjust or Change: Want to try a different terroir? You can switch your adoption to a different winemaker for the next season.
  • Cancel Anytime: No hidden fees or "trap" subscriptions. You can pause or cancel your adoption whenever you like with just a few clicks.
How does my adoption support the farmer?

The traditional wine market is volatile and stressful. By adopting a vine, you provide the winemaker with predictability.

Because they know exactly how many buyers they have before the season even starts, they can focus 100% on the quality of the wine and the health of the land, rather than worrying about where or how to sell their harvest.

You are offering them peace of mind.

Can I visit "my" vines?

Absolutely! You are part of the family now. We encourage you to visit the farm, meet the winemaker, and see the impact of your support. Please contact us in advance so the winemaker can step away from the vines to welcome you!

What exactly am I "investing" in?

Unlike a company with corporate investors, our cooperative is led by the land.
Your adoption fee goes directly into Regenerative Impact: biodiversity, carbon capture, and the transition to "Living Soils." You are funding the "—the 5% that are saving the planet.

Can I offer an adoption as a gift?

Yes! It is the perfect gift for someone who cares about the planet and great wine. Simply check the "This is a gift" box at checkout, and we will send the welcome pack and certificate to the lucky recipient.

What happens if I don't like the wine?

As with all our wines, we only allow returns for technical flaws (corked or oxidised).

If the style isn't for you, please give it to a friend! It’s a great way to share the story of regenerative farming and your winemaker's work.
