How long does delivery take?
We are "proudly slow." It typically takes 7–10 days for your wine to arrive. Good wine takes years to make, and because we ship directly from the vineyard in France to avoid carbon-heavy warehousing, we don't believe in "fast-food" shipping!
Will I have to pay UK taxes or customs?
No. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All UK import duties and VAT are handled entirely by us. If a courier ever mistakenly asks you for a customs fee, do not pay them—let us know right away and we will resolve it instantly.
How do I give you my name for the cellar?
Immediately after checkout, we will send you a quick email to confirm the exact name you would like us to hand-write in the cellar. Once it’s up, we will even email you a photo of it!
Can I visit the vineyard?
Absolutely. You (and any friends or family passing through the region) are always welcome. When you sponsor a case, you aren't just a customer—you are part of the winemaker(s) extended family!
Why is there a 12-bottle minimum?
Shipping 12 bottles together is the most eco-efficient way to move wine across borders. It maximises cargo space, significantly reduces fuel waste per bottle, and keeps our carbon footprint as low as possible.
Is shipping really free?
Yes, 100%. There are no surprise handling fees or delivery surcharges added at checkout.
