L'histoire

Tair Gafr is run by the two of us, Drew and Sarah, with a bit of help from our two young children when they fancy it. We both work part-time as teachers and manage the vineyard in whatever spare time is left over. Drew is passionate about natural wine and the environment; Sarah's passion is animals, and we keep a few around the vineyard to help us out.

Philosophie

Our philosophy is centred on biodiversity and the environment. We care about improving soil health and encouraging the variety of wildlife in and around our vineyard — that's what we feel makes our wine special and unique.

Le vignoble : Tair Gafr Wines
