We farm our vines organically in Saint-Georges-sur-Layon, Anjou. In the cellar we keep things simple: vertical press, fermentation in fibre vats, whole-bunch macerations for the reds, and no punching down or pumping over. Reggae Wine System, Faërie and Steal This Bottle have no added sulphites; Rosez Joséphine gets a small dose before bottling.

We try to make the wines we want to drink. That starts with healthy grapes, living soils, natural fermentations and as little intervention as possible in the cellar.

Every vintage is different, and we'd rather guide it than force it into a set mould. We use sulphites sparingly, or not at all when conditions allow.

Our goal isn't to make perfect wines. We want sincere, generous, living wines that can tell the story of a year, a place and the people who made them.
