I've added a bottle of Ultra Violet 2020, so you can taste the same Syrah with a few more years behind it.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMy vines grow between 350 and 530 metres, surrounded by garrigue, in the hills of the Roussillon. I've farmed them organically since I started in 2006.
