The clay-limestone soils and steady hillside breezes give the grapes a long, slow ripening. We farm agroecologically: we use green-manure cover crops, look after the living soil, and use no chemicals at all.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter a degree in Gastronomic Sciences and years in advertising, I felt the pull to come back to our family land and live by the rhythms of nature. I chose to give my life to Villa Agavì and to make our hillside an honest project built on living agriculture, natural winemaking and
